Ability to read and comprehend instructions and procedures. Be able to do calculations/math based on blend sheets and chemical needs. Measure, transport and blend juice/oat ingredients within batch specifications to support production requirements. Control blending, processing and ingredient systems. Prepare tanks and other equipment to receive ingredients and CIP’s. Perform all tasks in a safe manner to ensure achievement of Quality, Service, and Cost objectives. Comply with all standard operating procedures. Need to be able to Operate equipment, mechanical & technical aptitude
